Charcuterie Board

Crab Cakes

Tender lumps of crab meat combined with a flavorful mixture of ingredients and pan-fried to a crispy golden brown. Serviced with a fresh vinegary slaw and spicy remoulade. 

Crudo

High-quality, market-fresh fish that is thinly sliced or diced and served with seasonal, fresh juice or purees, oils, vinegars, and assortment of garnishments. 

Seafood Tower

Components could include: Oysters, Boiled and Seasoned Shrimp, Crab Claws, Ceviche, and accompanying dips and sauces like Cocktail, Horseradish, Seasonal Mignonette, or Remoulade
